We took a tour Monday and we loved the staff and how clean everything was. I expected there would be some smell but it all smelled very clean. We toured a few other boarding facilities in town and this is definitely the best. we did not need to call in advance to come in which really comforted us. Our family has used VIP Pets for several years now with all our pets. They have always accommodated us very professional, polite and very compassionate to our animals. We have and will continue to recommend this boarding kennel. I like that they call your veterinarian to verify our pets vaccinations so I don’t have to bring in paperwork.
